1930 Singer Junior
Sound body, very good paint and chrome
Re-furbished interior, working sunroof, original reg.
Last owner 25 years, spares
Starts easily, drives and stops well
Some history, manuals, magazine articles
Surprisingly roomy with good accommodation for four, powered by an 848cc overhead cam engine, derivatives of which would appear in Singer cars for many years to come. Starts easily and runs sweetly, it drives and stops well with 3 speed gearbox and conventional pedal layout. Paintwork and chrome are very good, the bodywork is solid and straight, the interior has been re-furbished at some stage but has a nice patina, the sunroof slides easily and locks well. Current owner has had it for 25 years, has its original registration and comes with some history, old MOTs, original handbook and parts list, Book of the Singer Junior, other documents and magazine articles, plus a good box of spare. In many ways an up-market Austin 7 with more quality and space.
